I came to pick up an online order set for 7:40 p.m. pick up and did not get it until 8:15 p.m. After waiting 20 minutes, I tried to just wait in line and have them make it. They told me I would just have to wait as long as it takes. Even though people who came in 20-30 minutes after me for dine in were getting their orders. That’s ridiculous. Especially bc I even waited and then got in line. Low key just disappointed bc the food and atmosphere are good, but I wasn’t impressed by the customer service.
Love the food and manager is very nice and professional. One of the ladies/employees that was on the “line” area inside the restaurant is very rude every time I come in. Maybe she has a bad life or maybe she hates her job but maybe this job isn’t for her since she talks to people.
Dissatisfied & Disappointed is an understatement. I ordered a steak bowl & was underwhelmed. I paid 15 for a half of scoop rice, a handful of lettuce, & about 8 pieces of steak. When I complained about the portion size I was met with a nasty attitude from a woman named Sodie who stated . I purchased a bowl with steak. I couldn't eat it because the steak was so chewy. I did not enjoy the 11.00 meal and my not return.
