I had the unpleasure of working for this company. The whole organization is a scam. There is a revolving door of sales representatives and support staff. In the 5 months that I was there I saw 6 sales reps get fired (there are only 6 territories). Do not trust Larry Sims, he has the mind set of a used car sales man. If you are thinking about working for or using QCDs Dental plans...DONT! There is a reason why the company has been in business for 15years and only has few customers.

All representatives that we have spoken to have been extremely courteous and have helped us out in many ways. From finding a dentist close to home to going over our claims with us. It also seems as though many of the reps have been there for several years and that is one thing that makes this company seem like a good company to do business with. We always get help right away and usually from the same people, which is rare. I would recommend this company to other businesses!

The customer service here is awesome, the rep even gave me her cell number and told me to call her anytime day or night. I went to the dentist about 2 weeks and just received my reimbursement check today! I couldnt be more happy with my dental plan
