I have had such trauma navigating my healthcare. I am sure many can relate to not even wanting to reach out- even when you are at your worst. But alas, we need to stay up on our wellness so care coordination and follow-ups are a must. Not sure if the provider will listen when you explain why you dont want to do xyz or ignore complaints for their one size fits most treatment has been the standard.
