The best nail experience that me and my best friend have ever had... and we've been all over the tri-cities. Definitely a permanent customer. My nails are absolutely beautiful!
Just tried Q-nails and absolutely hated it. Felt like I was on an assembly line for my nails and eyebrows. Left wax on both me and my daughter's faces. Eyebrows done in 2 minutes or less. No extra time to trim or even offer me a mirror to see if I like them. Unsanitary, ect. Will never go back

We don't reuse tools without sanitized. Please don't say false things. We NEVER wax 3 times over the same spot. If you say this, then brows cannot be done within 2 mins if we go over 3 times like you said. I got your point now. Hope you find a better salon. ❤️
Tried Q Nails for the first time and was so pleased with my new sparkly pink nails. I will return again for sure. Thank you Andy
Took my daughter here today for eyebrow wax and pedicure. They rushed thru both procedures .The lady was very rough when doing the wax left extra wax and cotton on both our faces. The pedi were half completed with only one layer of polish and several toes had spots with no polish. We will never go back.
I went there 2 times. Got a full set of nails and a pedi. 2nd time got fills and pedi. Took nails off yesterday to get a new set and I'm fingers nails have a terrible fungus. I'm scared to see my toe nail.

I absolutely love them and I'm just visiting due to my husband going to school here. But I challenged them today with a nail design I brought in and they rose to it and did an awesome job!! Wish you could see the pics!!
I wasn't able to make it to my regular spot Fashion Nails before today...they are closed on Sundays...so I came here. I had to get my toes polished 3 times before they figured out they were us I g the wrong polish. I was getting gel. And the lady next to me had to wait soaking for more than an hour.
