Regular manicure. Looks like a 2 yr old did it. They said polished over cuticles because nails are short. Uneven polish. Jacked up. Do not go there.
I went yesterday ask girl do they do dip nails she said yes, then I asked if she knew how to do two colors on the nail she said yes. Then ono she started doing my nails she asked me if I wanted to get my nail cut shorter I said no, she start filing n I was puzzled cause I had dip nails 3 times n each time they soaked the nails off but she didn’t. Then on top of that she didn’t do the two colors on once nail she didn’t them on the same hand. Sooooo she didn’t know how to do it after all smh. Then had the nerve to charge me $4... read more
Very poor customer service!!!! I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone.
I don't understand the low reviews on here! Every time I've gone to this salon, I've never had a long wait, the price was always the same for the work I've had done, I got exactly what I asked for and was treated very kindly. And in the comments, I will post some pictures of what I've had done in the past. This place deserves the 5* that I gave it!
Horrible service! My nails are a mess . They can not be fixed . I will need to soak off and get a new set! The tech attempted to fix them after a full explanation from me that I hated them. She made them worse ! She then began painting them the wrong gel color ! My mind was made up that I would never use that tech again. When it was time to pay, another young lady took my payment. I am completely disappointed in the service. To pay $77 for manicure, pedicure, and gel on both for the polish to be peeling already. I have bubbles in my polish, nails are uneven, and then was left with my hands under the lights for the tech to go start on someone else. Now to fix their horrible job I have to pay another tech this weekend. I will NEVER go back.
My nails look horrible. Girl doing them was either new or very inexperienced. Gel is peeling off the same day. Sometimes you can have some minor reshaping done to fix the issue...these require soaking off and an entire new set. I would go back and require they fix it but I'm pretty sure it will only be worse. Please never go here.
😝if you want terrible customer service, a horrible manicure and want to develop a nail fungus, this is the place to be!
