RecommendedBest in town! Ask for "Amy" (Gna). I've gone here for the last 8 years, and won't go anywhere else! Hard to get an appointment in the summer but worth the wait.
have mixed feeling the young man that did nail was kinda rough but the young lady did beauitful on art work
The sloppiest work!! I know I only wanted short nails painted but I have polish all over 3 of my fingers, overflow over the sides of 6 nails. The gentleman was pretty rude and I will not go back. Not that they care because I wouldn’t get tips or anything added on.
All the nail techs act soo boujie and always eye balling you. One time I went in for only a color change because I had went the day before and didn’t like the color they tried to charge me $40 😒 never greet you when you come in and always rush their service! I recommend Tersas Beauty Bar also in colonial heights they have the BEST customer service and the prettiest nail shop
If you like quality trendy healthy nails then this is not the place for you. clearly bad service is tolerated and they are not going to change. thank you - next

Got gel nails and the same day I literally had the polish come off the same day!!! Waste of money!
Went in for a pedicure.Never got acknowledged. Other customers came in & were taken right away. When I spoke on it, I was told they didn’t know what I wanted. Yes because you never asked yet you took other customers right away. Never again!
Do not come here . This place is dirty . They get mad when you tell them to fix something that is not up your liking . The minute I disagreed with something the lady got mad and threw my sandals on the floor . Not once was I asked the kind pedicure I wanted This place was horrible . Bad customer service
