I received a pedicure from Scott and it was the worse pedicure I have ever had. It was extremely rushed, there was almost no time spent on any stage of the pedicure, so little buffing that after applying the polish he noticed the bad job an tried to go back and rebuff with a different tool. The message was barely felt and was more like a rub and the Polish was gooped on so much that it was literally dripping off my big toes and it wasn't smooth at all. This nail salon is absolutely the best in Birmingham. Scott & Kathy ROCK! It is the only salon I have gone to where the employees CARE! The pedicures are the best and the job Scott does on nails is AMAZING! I would recommend this salon to ANYONE!!!!
The staff here is so talented and friendly too. I have never waited more than 10 minutes. I've been wearing nails for 18 yrs. and this is the best salon I've encountered. Who would've thought I'd find it in Birmingham,AL.
