I been coming here for 2 years and this is the first time that I had to come back after a week to get my nails fix because they were coming off! I got horrible attitude from the “manager” Ivy ! Worse experience ever! She was so rude and wanted to blame everything on me asked if I used a lot of lotion, oil treatments and I said no! She had me waiting30 min the day before and said come back tomorrow, had the appointment at 11 and she helped another girl before me and still gave me attitude on how it was my fault !
Tom and May did an outstanding job, felt tired beaten and they made sure I looked my best leaving. Relaxed! Thank you,

Was out of town for work stop here and IVY is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ exactly what I asked for I got and her customer service is amazing I really might drive 3.5 hours just for her that how SATISFIED I AM 💜💅🏼💜
They had me wait for over 30 minutes, and when a customer came in they helped her right away. Terrible customer service
