SINCE I HAVE DEALTH WITH THIS SERVICE CONCERNING MY GREAT UNCLE IT HAS BEEN HORRIBLE. MY UNCLE WAS NEGLECTED ON SO MANY LEVELS. HE RECEIVES HOME HEALTH AIDES THROUGH THIS SERVICE AND NO ONE HAS SUPERVISED THE AIDE OR DID WELFARE CHECKS. HIS HOUSE WAS A HOARDING ZOO, INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND KNATS, AND MONEY WAS STOPLEN OUT OF HIS ACCOUNT. I CANNOT BELIEVE HIS SITUATION AND IT HAS DEEPLY DISTURBED ME. :(
