I'm waiting on a call back after several attempts to reach Victoria. My daughter calls and gets a promo t response.....I call and have to wait for a call back. Since I'm not in a hurry to move I'll wait. Can I get a call back please!!!!
WATCH OUT FOR SCAM!! Some how our 12 month lease turned into a 16 months lease and they stole my whole deposit! Not to mention our whole stay there being filling with unkept promises, manipulation & over all lack of good communication! For our Lil familys first rented home, it was hell going threw pyramid! Choose wisely!!
Our floors are peeling off and we get cuts on our feet and they refuse to fix it. Very bad communication as well I have call at least 20 times before ever getting an answer. I would not recommend renting from this company. I highly recommend never renting from this company. Their repair guys broke things without telling me then next day brought it up and they said there was no proof they broke it. NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! VERY RUDE PEOPLE!
