DO NOT RENT FROM PYRAMID PROPERTIES. We moved out the end of September from one of their houses and theyre charging us for "paint" and for "trash left in the house" and we completely cleaned out the house including trash and used no paint and had no damages on the walls to make paint a viable expense. They take your money and unless you want to take it to court, youre screwed. Yet another slumlord rental company in North Iowa.

They do not answer their phone calls. I just called because of an issue I had & the guy that answered said he doesn’t really work there & to call back and he’d send me to voicemail. I’ve left voicemails in the past & never receive callbacks. Office is only open by appointment so you can’t even go there to talk to anyone. Very unprofessional.
I read the reviews of Pyramid Property before looking further into a property I was interested in - and boy am I glad I did! I always give companies the benefit of the doubt though, in order to see my experience with them. I just called to get more information on a property and the man who answered the phone was extremely rude! He was short with his answers, talked to me like I was stupid, and not to mention was eating breakfast or chewing something very loudly the entire time. DO NOT RENT FROM PYRAMID PROPERTIES. There was sewage coming up in my basement and wasn’t fixed for a month the week after I moved in. My front yard is still torn up and my driveway is completely mud and it’s been 3 months. My basement is flooding. I don’t have a front screen door because you guys decided you just didn’t need to replace it. Sometimes there’s no hot water or it pulsates extremely hot and nearly burnt one of my children.
