i called about to many cars in lot I gotta park in road cuz they wont do anything about the vehicles that dont even belong to tenets working on packing up to move out hopefully soon
They don’t tell you they looking for a certain credit score so they just take your application fee and then tell u that your credit not good enough. It’s only right if you want a certain credit score to put that in the application so someone want pay a $40 application fee knowing they don’t have the credit score your looking for. Then they want call you or respond they send text when they want too.
Absolute garbage rentals. Maintenance is beyond shotty. Currently have a water pipe leaking and have been dealing with for weeks. Water bill has been atrocious and no concern from them. Rent only as a last resort
They’re only in business Bc they charge people absorbent amounts of money upon moving out. They’re absolute trash
I would NEVER rent from this company! They will not give you your deposit back even though you had no damages and left the place spot less. We had mold on our bedroom ceiling from a leaky roof and it never got fixed! That’s just one of the many issues we had with this place.
If you can, avoid working with this company. A house I was interested in buying to own was switched to a rental through Pyramid. You cannot call them and get directly with someone, you must leave a voice mail and they call back. So when i received my call back, I was told to immediately put in my application and pay the application fee. I got offered an opportunity to look at the house. I paid $1295 deposit, $1295 first month’s rent and moved into one of their homes February 2019. I maintained the home with great care (photos included) and moved out February 2020, with notice required in my lease agreement. They were to address my deposit 30 days from my “move out” date, via letter, at the forwarding address provided with my move out notice. I haven’t received any correspondence and I have emailed twice and left a message with the operator. I emailed them again today.
