I had some reservations with use of the portable a/c services but the technician was very thorough in addressing my concerns and making sure everything was working properly.

We wanted to get our heating system looked at and fixed because it was starting to go haywire. The repair was done well, although the communication about the time line should have been better.

This time around, the service was overall decent although the communication about the schedule for finishing the duct and vent repairs should have been clearer. I’m happy overall with the work done on my system.

The problem with the A/C was a misaligned component that had to be taken apart to fix. The mechanics meticulously took care of it. At every step they described what they were doing so I would know what was being done to correct the problem.

I waited a few days and can say the A/C maintenance was done well and my system is running well. The technician was very thorough and described possible future problems very well.
