This is our second time working with Paige, and once again, she and the entire PWM Group gave us such a wonderful experience. We knew we would be in amazing hands working with them again! I was looking for a move in home and working with Shawntel she understood that. I found my dream house she was amazing. Great experience from start to finish. Always check up on me to let me know what was going on and what was out there. Her communication was excellent and she made the entire home buying process smooth and very stress free. She was very responsive and always went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible. I highly recommend Shawntel and her team.

In an absolute nightmarish hell-scape of a real-estate market, Grace and her team were a dream to work with. Incredibly responsive, amazing listeners, and expert navigators of Chicago's real estate market, Grace was able to help us get our home even against a cash offer. I can't imagine buying a home with anyone but this group again.

Working with Grace Lamoureaux was an absolute win. She sold my parents’ home incredibly fast and made the entire process feel easy. She was on top of everything, super responsive, and handled the added dynamic of coordinating with both me and my step-brother without missing a beat. What could have been stressful was actually smooth and straightforward thanks to her. If you want someone who knows what they’re doing and gets results, Grace is it.
