Called in to make an appointment and the receptionist needs to be FIRED. I don’t understand what yep means when a question is asked. That is so unprofessional and rude. Based off of the phone experience I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Conveniently located. Office looked neat and clean, viewing pictures posted online. I booked an appointment. Starting 3 days before my appointment, I began receiving multiple phone calls about completing my new patient paperwork. Understandable, they want the paperwork before the appointment to ensure a full service.
