Friendliest office staff and you never have to wait past your appointment time. My husband had to have a crown done and it was completed in ONE visit. We recommend them to anyone looking and they've never been disappointed.
From the moment you walk through the door at Puyallup Family Dental you feel welcome and taken care of. Old world charm with new age technology. The clear dental plan is a great resource and planning tool. I recently spent 4 hours with Dr Zingerman and team for a major procedure and it was effortless and as painless as can be. The pre-op kickoff meeting is very helpful when understanding what is going to be happening in your mouth. Excited to get my mouth healthy again - I entrust this feat to Puallup Fanily Dental team!

My wife, pictured, did not like going to any dentist. Finally got her to go for check up with Dr. Urback about 10 years ago. She had extensive dental work done over the years and now has no problem with dental appointments. Staff was very responsive to her special needs. Cudos to all the staff from Ken and Ann Moorhouse
I can't thank Dr. Urback and everyone on his staff for the special care they take with all their patients. I have been a patient since around 1985 and everyone treats me with the same wonderful attitude that makes me continue to come back. Doctor does a great job of saving my teeth too!! I have been going to Dr. Urback and his team for 20 years! I have had excellent dental care including cosmetic work (bonding) and night guards. I have always been extremely satisfied. Dr. Zingerman is also wonderful.

First visit left an excellent impression. From Julie at the front desk to Chelsea and Dr. Zingerman at the chair, the team welcomes you to an impressively pleasant atmosphere and respectful care. I discussed a great deal and all my questions with Dr. Zingerman as he helped me understand my treatment plan going forward. Pro Tip: joke around with him and you'll get to see his great sense of humor. *First anesthetic shot to not feel the needle at all! Crazy. **TV screens with headphones and massage pads on chair.
