The staff at Puyallup Valley Dental are A+ in my book. Dr Urbach gives excellent care and is very personable. You are not feeling like just a patient, but also a friend. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. For years I wanted to go there but put it off because of transportation and insurance issues. Dr. Urback and his team have provided consistently excellent dental care for my family and I for nearly 30 years. I appreciate that Puyallup Valley Dental has invested in their staff, dental equipment and procedures so that their patients have the best oral care. I enjoy their friendly staff and great service.
I went to them with an extreme toothache. They were able to see me quickly and refer me to Dr. Chow for a root canal. That, however, did not work and the tooth had to be extracted. Julie was kind enough to find me an oral surgeon that day and made me an appointment that day. I did have to wait to be "worked in" but all went well. I was very pleased with all the staff, especially Julie, who took the time to help even though I was not an "established" patient.
I have been going to PVDC for 39 years and believe that they are the most kind and caring staff! I've tried to go to other dentists closer to my home but find that none of them have come even close to the experience I get here! They are like family! Highly recommend!!
