Dave came to our home for a heating issue. I asked for him specifically as he was so wonderful the first time I had to call for a systems issue, that I wanted him back. Once again, he didn’t disappoint. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He informed me every step of the way what was happening and he gave me pointers on saving money on my utilities. Dave will always be my “go to” guy for any issues or maintenance of my system.
Jason was very professional and informative. We had our furniture and heat pump serviced at a very reasonable price. We will definitely use Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning in the future. Thank You!
Jason was awesome. He came at my requested time at 7 am and did exactly what I asked for. The charge was exactly what I was told it would be. He didn't have the right size filter with him. but he stopped by at the end of his shift and installed it for me at no extra charge. It really made my day to do business with an honest person and company and not have that ripped off feeling.
Jadon came out yesterday and did an amazing job. He serviced our York system and took the time to teach us how to use the thermostat. We are new homeowners and had no idea how to program the thermostat. Now we know!! We signed up for their yearly maintenance program. We are satisfied customers for sure!!!
Gary was the technician that serviced our furnace. He was very knowledgeable and competent and went right to the problem and fixed it! He explained what he was doing while making the repair - which I appreciated.
The tech Gary was very thorough on checking everything on my ductless heat pump. Naturally it was working fine again by the time he arrived.He explained what he thought the problem was and if it happened again the part would need replaced. It happened again the next day. They came back at no charge and verified the problem. As soon as part came in it was replaced. Gary and the office were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing an a/c or repair.
