My heater stopped working right before the snow storm and they were able to come out and get the part promptly. Jason Flynn serviced our furnace and provided excellent customer service. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and took time to explain what he was doing as well as answering all my questions! Pricing is fair and customer care is above and beyond. Thank you Jason! The service I received last year was amazing; the technician (Jason) was on time and very thorough. My primary issue was replacing the outside fan motor and some kind of module/switch, but he also took the time to make sure the wiring and connections were appropriately set/calibrated on the inside unit. My heat pump has been working great ever since and I appreciate Jason taking the time to explain how a heat pump works and some excellent tips on maintenance and appropriate temperature settings. Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning has services my furnace since I bought the home new in 2008. Last summer I had them add AC and I’m thrilled. I highly recommend this Co. Their team is excellent & cost is affordable.
I had some issues with my heat pump and was offered a ridiculous estimate for scoping. I called Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning and they gave me a reasonable estimate. The repairs were greater than I’d hoped, but even with that, it was less than the original estimate for scoping with the other company. David, in service, assured me my heat pump was in good working order and should be for many years to come.
