RecommendedPuyallup Heating and Air is usually the company I call for my a/c or heater. This time it was our gas fireplace insert that is over 20 years old that failed. I looked into a replacement but at $4000 - $6000 was a bit much so I decided perhaps we they could fix the old unit. our insert had not worked for 4 years. PH&A have an expert in the field named Dave that he able to save us thousands by repairing our old unit. We are very happy with the results and would recommend PH&A for all of your HVAC repair needs.

On several different occasions I have done business with Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning. When an issue developed with my thermostat, I contacted their company. Brian called and came out to my home to help resolve the problem. Even though they did not put it in, he was still interested in helping me. He came to my home twice and was in contact with me to make sure my problem was resolved. I highly recommend this business to do work for anyone who needs help.

I highly recommend Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning..... they did an outstanding job, the service tech Isaac was prompt, courtesy, and answered all my questions. If it wouldn’t have been for meeting sales rep Brian Egan at an event a couple of years ago I don’t know if this place would have been on my radar for service. I reached out to Brian on facebook and next thing I know I had an appointment set 2 days later..... Thank you so much for taking such great care of me! Will never go anywhere else!
