Leo's favorite place to be! After coming to Purr and Pooch for about 3 years, Leo still drags me through the door! The staff is amazing and they treat Leo as if he were their own! I feel comfortable leaving him there overnight as well because I know he gets the best care..I recommend Purr and Pooch to anyone looking for a place to bring their dog!
I take my dog, Lucy, to Purr'n Pooch to daycare a couple days a week. She is not an easy dog; an abused rescue with severe storm phobia, separation anxiety, and skiddish around men. The staff at Purr'n Pooch know all of her tendencies, and love and take care of her like I do at home. Knowing I have someplace to take her (that she loves), and where they understand her, when I can't be at home with her is an absolute life-saver! I don't know what I would do without them. I can never thank them enough.
Purr'n Pooch takes the best care of my mix pup Phoebe. She's a hand full and needs the socialization and activity PNP provides when we go to work or on vacation. She loves her daycare friends and I can't even say Purr'n Pooch in the house without her going nuts and running for her leash. Thank you for making my girl one tired, happy pup!
Both of our dogs came home unwell after a 4 night stay and our experience with the staff members at pick-up was quite inexcusable. However, after posting our concerns, the owner was in contact to apologize and assure us our experience was an anomaly and that she was taking steps to make sure their customer service is, at every touch point, exceptional. The folks at Purr'n Pooch are absolutely the best. This is truly a one of a kind pet resort. My granddog loves it there!!
Not giving them another chance. Last summer my cairn terrier came home with an upper respiratory infection after boarding; they blamed it on perfume. However perfume does not require antibiotics and cause a fever. Now after picking up my cairn and beagle on Monday, my beagle has a gash on his ear that looks like he was bitten. Not sure how this was missed as it was obviously bleeding since there is dried blood on his ear. This is going to require yet another trip to the vet after boarding. This is just unacceptable!
Codybean loves to be at Purr n Pooch ! He is there now and we have complete trust with the staff at Purr n Pooch that he is in great hands! He comes home tired but we know he had a Fun time. Thankyou to All for being caring patient loving people with Codybean !!!
