RecommendedI would give it a 10 out of 5! I've been bringing my "kids" to the Tinton Falls location for about 20 years. The staff is absolutely wonderful - and they treat my dogs as if they were their own. In fact, they spoil them more than I do! I cannot say enough good things about PNP.
We love PNP and only trust them with our beloved pets!! They are the best in the business and treat our animals as if they were their own. Every time we go their our dog gets so excited and can’t wait to get inside!! We highly recommend them for all of their services!
the entire staff treats every pet as if it were their own. everyone is always upbeat and friendly, yet always professional and efficient. from doggie daycare to boarding Purr’nPooch is the best. my sweetie pie Oreo means the world to me, and i am so lucky to be able to count on Purr’n Pooch for daycare, boarding, and a lot of fun doggie classes! I LOVE YOU GUYS!🐶😃❤️👍
My Rex, loves spending his time with his furry playmates at Purr”nPooch , he gets so excited when he gets there and I get the cutest picture updates of him thru-out his stay. It is priceless to have peace of mind when we are away or just busy that our furry kids are being taken good care of and most importantly Happy !! Staff is attentive, loving and very organized !! Thank you
First time boarding any of my pets, left my cat Onyx at the Wall location for six nights. I was happy to get photos texted to me daily that helped put my mind at ease that he was safe and comfortable while I was away. The report card at pickup was adorable and Onyx was just as bright-eyed and bushy-tailed when I picked him up as he was when I dropped him off!
Jersey Jack had a great “Spa Day” of grooming by Mikki in Manasquan today
Very unorganized, poor communication within staff to customer. Had several bad experience s- cannot account for how many meals my 15 yr old yorkie ate @ previous stay. We just picked up my dog from our last boarding- leash & collar could not be located - had to return 3x in one day until it was finally located! I was assured owner was going to call me regarding the last 2 issues- they never called. Poor customer service, poor organization, over priced.
