We finally found a wonderful resort for our 8 year old Boxer Kaiser who came home a very happy boy. The past three years he hasn’t done well when we go away at other places.The amazing staff made him feel comfortable and safe. We loved getting the text messages with pictures of him enjoying his vacation. Thank you!!!!
Unfortunately after a stay last August, my dog came home with fleas on her and she was sick. She needed to be hospitalized for a day due to vomiting and bleeding from her anus. I also was not returned all of my belongings that I left with her during her stay. I thought this place was great until then and would never recommend it after this.
While I may not use their services often, they came to the rescue when I needed them. Their PICK UP SERVICE saved the day for me. When on Friday morning I needed to go to the ER (after a long night of severe abdominal cramps). At 8:30am the Purr & Pooch Van came to my home. I saw my little Frankie off, (with extra food in tow)...and off to the hospital I went. A 3 day stay in the hospital for me. Frankie had a blast. Brought my dog Miko for boarding and they did an excellent job, made me feel very comfortable with their professionalism, definitely coming back.
They are always welcoming to our dog from the second we walk in. Clean, trustworthy, and reliable. Our dog's tail starts wagging happily as soon as we pull into the parking lot. Great place for boarding your dog!
My pup loves it here so much she starts whining out of excitement over a mile away and doesn't even say goodbye to me just runs inside, need I say more? I trust purr n' pooch and recommend them to everyone. They offer so many different varieties to suit your dogs needs. My family has been using them for years.
