I have boarded Harley several times, and I have complete trust In The staff. She comes home tired, but that is expected....and she bounces back to her normal crazy self. Thank you to the Tinton Falls facility that I can vacation without worry, even when overseas.
This place is a joke! I did a walk through of the Wall facility recently- I was interested in boarding my dog there. Where to begin? The staff is completely uninformed- I got two different answers from two different staff members on the same questions, multiple times. The place is set up like a maze. The "suites" are simply the standard boarding with a fancier gate and a much higher price tag. Their "overnight staff" basically consists of one person- and in the event of a fire, they don't have fire sprinklers in their buildi... read more
