This is one of the best Filipino restaurants in the city. I like how they take traditional Filipino dishes and put their own twist on it. The drinks are excellent, as is the service.
Had an amazing lunch here and can't wait to go back. All the dishes were well prepared, and our table of 10 kept them hoping. From the pancit to the halo halo- it was a 10!
I miss my parents cooking and this was the closest to their cooking I have gotten here in the Northeast. Going to be a regular from now on, doesn't matter that I drive from Connecticut to get to Purple Yam.
I love the food in this restaurant. My mother's house is close by and it's very convinient.
