I'm visiting from Knoxville, Tennessee and after almost a whole week without eating rice, which is a VERY long time for me to go without it y'all lol. My other half finally caved in to my needs and took me to one of THE BEST Philippine Restaurants in New York! Didn't have the best experience with the customer service there last night, but the food was delicious. However, I wouldn't recommend going to this restaurant while it's super busy (like a Saturday night). Also the waitstaff seems to be really understaffed (two waiters doing everything isn't enough). I think management should hire a host/hostess, bartender and more waiters to fix the issue with the wait time.
