Richard from PuroClean was the person who did the mitigation work from water damage to my house. He was communicative and professional.
Well I need to start at beginning. On October 7th there was an incident at my house. Someone baracaded himself in my home after assaulting my daughter. Needless to say my home was destroyed. He tried to kill himself in my house. And blood was everywhere. On my wall on floor on carpet and furniture. After 7 hours they flashed banged my house multiple times.
