I would never use this company! One of their Truck Drivers dam near ran me off the road this morning!!!! I mean he had to be at least be doing 80 in a school zone ! He tailgated me and almost ran into the back of me until he was able to fly around me !!!! Completely unacceptable Truck Number 24! Tag 9ep8739 . You could really end someone’s life driving like that !!!!!
Called to request a free estimate and was told that they would come out but I would have to sign a contract with them to do the work. When I refused, they then switched it up to say that I would have to pay them $200 for the estimate. I again refused and said I thought you offered free estimates. Aaron told me, “yes, we do. I wouldn’t hire a company that allows their employees to drive as reckless as they do. I’ve had two encounters on the highway with them. One thing is thing is being late to a job or whatever and having to drive fast but to be reckless and put others lives at risk is unacceptable.
I can't recommend PuroClean Lanham more! The guys were so quick and helpful in our time of need. It was a relief to be able to rely on them. Thank you so much PuroClean!!!!
