FROM THE MOMENT I CALLED PUROCLEAN, I RECEIVED GOOD RESPONSES TO ALL MY QUESTIONS. THE WORK CREW WAS VERY POLITE AND EXTREMELY CAREFUL DURING THE SET UP OF THEIR EQUIPMENT. EACH DAY I WAS ADVISED OF THE ARRIVAL TIME OF THE CREW AND THEY ALWAYS ARRIVED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PUROCLEAN FOR ANY WATER DAMAGE MITIGATION.
The PuroClean Aventura team was at the property in record time, they explained the process of remediation and got to work immediately! The whole team was very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend them. We were very satisfied with the results.
