Dr. Poon is warm, caring and knowledgeable. We have trusted him as our optometrist for over a decade now after his early detection of glaucoma in one of our family members. Just introduced an aging parent to the list of family seeing him and he was so patient in his explanations. We wouldn't go to anyone else bit Dr. Poon.

My entire family is Dr Poon's clients. Not only is he a great Optometrist, he also truly cares about his patients' eye health and is the most friendly Optometrist out there in Victoria!
I just left after waiting 20 minutes for my booked appointment 2 weeks in advance. Not to mention you could visibly see their poor time management as multiple other clients walked out because they had clearly bit off more than they can chew today. Not to mention the inconvenience. It was to find out they don’t even accept my coverage will definitely not be going back and let absolutely not recommend this to anybody else.
