Dr Hein and Laura were fabulous! I broke a tooth and they were able to see me quickly and place a temporary crown. The procedure was explained step by step and continually making sure I was comfortable. Appreciated the communication as it made an uncomfortable procedure much easier.
No complaints. Recently had a cleaning and a filling. No pain, discomfort or difficulties. Everything was explained clearly and I couldn’t be happier with my visits.
Every appointment I have the staff members are always so welcoming and get me back an things started at a decent time. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

My son had to miss his workouts at school because the appointment was over 30 minutes late. His appointment was at 510, and he was not seen until after 530. That was a huge and rare miss for this dentist. Otherwise, everything else was great.
I called your practice to ask a question and you were closed. No one has returned my call to date. I'm having sensitivity with my teeth and wanted to know if that was expected or not. Nothing was mentioned to me that this would happen.
THIS IS THE BEST DENTIST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE STAFF IS GREAT THEY MADE ME FEEL REALLY COZY AND CONFORTABLE. I USE TO HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST BUT THEY MAKE THE IT ENJOYABLE.

I am just in love with Pure Zen Dentistry. Most people, definitely including myself, cringe at the thought of having to go to the dentist. Pure Zen-the entire staff-is so kind, so patient, and so helpful, they make it feel so much less scary or intimidating. They do an awesome job of explaining everything with your teeth, the gameplan of fixing them, and the financial stuff-it's all broken and down and very clear.
