Came to this Company because of the BBB reviews. Originally we wanted two sliding door walls, ended up signing with a house full of new windows! Service department is terrible. Door wall is so “rickety” not any better than the 20 yr old one we had before. They switched out the screen door, this one is worse than the original one. Run away! This is not a company that I recommend. So disappointed. I did look at reviews and they were highly recommended on Angie’s list. I can only assume they can alter there reviews. I post on Facebook that I have not received my windows that were supposed to be here in April. I was not in hurry. But if that half of someone’s money $7500. I replaced all of my windows & my doorwall in October. I noticed a significant difference in my winter energy bills. The windows & doorwall are gorgeous! The added safety features of the windows & doorwall make me feel much safer. Adrian is exceptional!! The installation crew was phenomenal & covid-safe. I endorse the company 100%!

I have been waiting for 6 months for a doorwall and it still hasn’t been built. I requested a refund of my deposit and they refused. How long should you have to wait? They don’t date their contracts for work to be completed so they’re never going to be late. There goes a $1000.
