We are so happy with our experience with Pure Energy Window Company. From the sales staff to the installers we were not disappointed. They accurately communicated every step of the project. Our 9 windows and one sliding door were installed in one day as promised. The look and quality of the products are outstanding. The installation crew were professional and very respectful. They did a terrific job and we will definitely use Pure Energy for the next phase of our homes window replacement project.

Pure Energy replaced two windows, two patio doors, and a storm door for us. We are happy with the windows and doors and the crew that did the work. My experience with Pure Energy Window ** was different from all the glowing reports. From the salesman, the measurer and the first crew, we were subject to misrepresentations, undersized windows and shoddy work by that first crew. The young folks on the crew didn't think our 70's ranch deserved better. First crew left the job unfinished. No proactive call by the company to make arrangements for the completion of the job. **************** was good. It kept me informed of the progress of my windows order. The installation crew was excellent. It arrived on time and used runners to protect my carpet. They worked well together, quickly transitioning to the next steps. The original windows were removed with minimal damage to them and my home. They checked the operation of the windows before carefully sealing the new frame in place. Finally, the cleaned up and removed all the old windows and debris.
