My experience with Pure Energy Window Co. is noteworthy. It was a pleasure working with owner, Adrian Beaver. The installers were prompt, courteous, professional and clean up was fantastic. Loving all my new windows. The door wall with the built-in blinds is the best with ease of operation, see through sliding screen and the beautiful brush nickel door handle enhances my decor. Pure Energy does it all. We needed new windows installed, and by new I mean where windows were not originally located. The same installation crew cut out the drywall, installed headers, cut holes in the brick, installed new windows, rebricked the exterior to match, and hung the drywall inside. Pure energy used tarps, kept the house very clean, cleaned up the yard, and were very professional. I recently had fourteen new windows installed.Two fixed and twelve casement. The instillation went great. There were some issues with a few windows but not the instillation. I have never worked with a staff that have been so good at standing behind their product as this staff until now. They did not hesitate to get the few problems I had with a few of the windows taken care of. Great Job! **************** PS. The salesman that I worked with was fabulous.

The entire process from getting a quote to installation was very easy. The previous owner of our home had installed some Pure Energy windows and we installed the remaining windows in bedrooms. What a huge difference they’ve made. The bedrooms are so much more comfortable in winter. Glad we did it!

From the moment they came to our home to do a quote they were super professional. They made you feel very comfortable about your decision. They are very helpful when it comes to making sure you get what you want. The day they came to install the windows was great! They worked hard kept the work space clean and safe. They fixed casings and frames along with the windows. They got the job done in a day and I had 15 windows and 1 slider door they replaced! Way over-priced and shoddy (under statement) work by their "best installer". Did not re-attach alarm two wire, re-mount horizontal blinds. Dry wall patching left some to be desired. French Doors and two windows.......the two windows were put in the wrong location. When installer was told. he said THATS the way I do it. Then said, if I wanted them re-located to call the Company and they will send someone out to change. There were a few other things as well. Played phone tag for a month with NO results.
