We love our new doors and casement windows, and have noticed a diffference in our energy ****. ****** and his entire staff were always available and helpful with all our questions and concerns.
Had windows and then a door installed because I liked working with this company so much. The windows have made a difference in the comfort and quiet of my home. My back door is heat efficient as well. And it is gorgeousa gorgeous gorgeous doorwho knew? Well, actually they did as the door is just what I selected. Im extremely pleased with my experiences. As a senior citizen, I am wary of scams. I had great confidence in this company, however. Everyone with whom I had contact was courteous and patient.

Pure Energy was perfect: economical; dependable; timely; responsible; careful; responsive; neat; and caring. Special curcumstances required us to accelerate the contracted completion date. Management intervened at the highest level to expedite the project to meet the required completion date. They finished this large project in a day. I was directed to Pure Energy Windows, after purchasing a new house and not knowing which way to locate a good window company. After Pure Energy added a rather large picture window to my dining room, the entire DR/LF area has an atrium feel. I ordered 14 casement window, 2 doorwalls and a half circle window. Installation was well after the range of dates promised at the time of the sale. No problem, I was in no hurry and understand supply chain disruptions. Everything was eventually installed except the half window. I was told there was a paint issue and it had to be returned to the manufacturer. Mike, Todd and Angelo installed our windows. OMG. What an awesome team. Their work ethic was outstanding. They worked on my home as if it were their own. They showed that much care and pride. I couldn't be happier. And the trim work around the windows was outstanding. The workmanship was far better than the siding and trim guys who worked on our home years earlier.
