An employee made a fake account to talk crap about a friend of mine who had a horrible experience at your shitty spa. How sad is your company and the people that work there....
Please read this entire train wreck: I want to preface this review by stating that the massage I received from Gina was wonderful. She was great, and the staff working the front desk was also exceptionally kind. However. This is by far my WORST experience with any public service ever. Lol great place if you like being exposed to strangers and treated like shit! The fact that someone got angry that the customer was not very satisfied with being invaded not even half way through her massage by random men who had no good reason to be there. This place is a joke... There therapists are nice and do a decent job, but if you come here, expect to be treated poorly, exposed to strangers, suffer through odors of actual fecal matter, and dealing with the wenchy excuse of a woman running the place...
