The owner was unprofessional when dealing with my friend’s complaint. Their pipes broke and the plumbing is getting worked on, making the entire massage area smell like sewage. No one wants to sit in a room for a “relaxing” massage only to smell fecal matter the entire time. Rather than posting a sign on the door or even letting clients know so they can reschedule their appointments, she’s still open for business during this time and making her employees work around this all day long. The owner of this shop decided to make a FAKE account to try and justify her actions that she made towards a friend of mine. She was rude and unprofessional. Yes my friend knew of the construction going on, but a few construction workers WALKED IN on her getting a job. The owner of the store was NOT helpful at all and proceeded to blame the client (my friend) I ask that you do not go to this spa.
It’s terrible. Would not recommend this spa to my worst enemy.
