Over the last 10 months we’ve lived at Pure Creekside property management has changed 3 times. Complaints do not get resolved and the actual managers of the complex are not onsite on weekends or on weekdays after 5. If you try to email them, they urge you to come in while they’re there, which means taking off of work. If you do happen to take off of work and go down there, they’ll tell you to make an appointment for another day. Sad I have to leave! Purecreekside has been an amazing home over the last year. The property is kept clean, very affordable for the area, and has all the ammenitties you could possibly need. It’s closeish to down-town and South Park meadows near by has incredible shopping and dining. When I first moved In my upstairs neighbors were garbage people. They were extremely loud. I contacted the office and they resolved the issue very quickly and followed up to make sure everything is ok! I would definitely recommend this property!
Great community, great staff, and great amenities! I love it here and would recommend everyone to move to this complex if they have a chance.

Great complex - The grounds are well kept and management is quick to help in any situation. I have honestly enjoyed working with them, and that is something to be said about an apartment complex! If you're looking for a nice place to live in South Austin I can not recommend this place more!
