I'm sorry you were unhappy with your experience at Pure Bridal. We want everyone to feel welcome from the time they arrived to the moment they leave. It is true we DO ask everyone to remove their shoes. This helps us keep our floors clean, so our brides can try on their dress and run around in it!! It also allows us to keep our samples cleaner.
