The best workout classes ever! The instructors are so helpful and knowledgeable and there are so many class times available.
Pure Barre is the best work out in Shreveport. The studio is gorgeous and clean, and the ladies are all so friendly. It is a workout for all shapes and sizes, and can be modified to your fitness level, given that I was able to hop right in 6 weeks post-csection. They also sell the cutest leggings and tops!
Just finished another great class with Charm! And, bonus, had a nice visit with friends as well! Feeling stronger with every class!
I love Pure Barre! The instructors are all amazing and everyone at the studio is so kind. I am always greeted with a smile and there is such a positive vibe in class. The classes are wonderful, I feel like I get a great workout, and I always leave Pure Barre feeling better than before I went in! I always feel great after a Pure Barre class! The workout is challenging, but with each class you feel stronger than the one before! All the Pure Barre team members are so friendly and the instructors really help motivate you to push yourself farther. It's a great low impact, high energy class from which all fitness levels can benefit!
I am beyond grateful for Pure Barre Shreveport. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. They push me to work harder without making me feel inadequate. The owners, Ginger and Leigh have brought together a community of women from all walks of life and it works. I would recommend Pure Barre to anyone who wants to gain long lean muscles, flexibility and better posture.
