loved the workout so much i became a teacher!! they offer 5 different class formats which keep it fun and challenging
I’ve been a Pure Barre member for 3 years. I love the strength training and flexibility. The community and instructors are so encouraging.
My first time trying barre. It’s been on my list forever . I’m so glad I had Tatiana as my first instructor . I’m hooked - used muscles I didn’t know I had. I can’t wait to feel them tomorrow. I will definitely come back for classes when traveling for work in this area.
100% recommend this place—you will improve your health while gaining a fun family!
I started Pure Barre a year ago, and it only took ONE class for me to become obsessed! 🤍 I’ve become so much stronger and learned not to be afraid of a challenge. The community is one of the best parts!! I’ve met so many kind people and made some great friends. The instructors are SO sweet, encouraging, and always willing to help!! I have worked out at other locations if I go out of town and I find myself missing Pure Barre Shreveport.. it is truly the best place to workout at! So thankful I took that first class a year ago... read more
