Pure Barre has been transformative for me, both physically and mentally. It’s the one thing I do for myself and both my muscle tone and mindset are better for it. I look forward to the class, the “atta girl” shout outs from the instructors and the camaraderie with my fellow barre babes! The music is awesome, too! This is one of my happy places!! All the instructors and workers are amazing. I love the variety of class times; I can always find a time that fits my schedule.
Coming off of my ACL surgery this year.. I honestly didn’t know how I would find a way to workout as often as I was used to, without doing damage to my knee. But here I am! Going 4-5 times a week.. loving every second of the 50 minute classes. It’s such an intense workout, but focuses on core and strength without the pounding impact on my joints. The staff genuinely cares about you, and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. Love those ladies!
