Pure barre is Amazing. Its more than a place to work out, its a family
I began pure barre 3 months after my baby boy. 55 mins of core work is awesome especially after a c-section. I was able to modify in the beginning with encouragement from Kelly and after several months I was stronger than before baby. I definitely intend to continue this workout through my next pregnancy!
