I am visiting SA from CC, I just happened to see this Barre studio while doing a little shopping. I stopped in to see what they were all about. From the moment I walked in I felt an amazing positive vibe! As a fitness instructor myself, I truly enjoy and appreciate a positive and welcoming enviroment. I signed up for a class the next day...and OMG!!! The workout!!! Loved it! This is my new place to be when I come to SA!! See y'all soon!
Today was my first day and it was the best workout I’ve had probably since high school. Our instructor Jennifer was very welcoming and motivating. I can’t wait for the next class even though I know it’s going to hurt!
Today was my first time ever doing a barre class. The instructor was SUPER friendly made me feel welcomed. The students as well. That class was intense. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. This was a super great way to start my Sunday.
It is great, owners are wonderful, non-judgmental,always changing, definitely can see results. Update - 4 years plus LTBing, still seeing changes, still making friends, seeing new faces, loving the changes inside and out.
