I started Pure Barre 6 months ago and LOVE IT! It's the first exercise program I've sustained and I look forward to class! Not only is it beneficial physically, but mentally as well, which is just as important in my opinion. The instructors are REAL women with lives beyond the studio; as they say...progress, not perfection.
Pure Barre was the second place that I tried barre in San Antonio and I much prefer it. I think that the workouts move along well so that you can get in lots of activity without spending half of class stretching. The flow of class feels familiar after just a few times but the variety of exercises keeps me interested and wanting to come back. Instructors are enthusiastic and give appropriate feedback. I also enjoy running and this is the perfect balance to that.
