At my age I thought I would not be able to keep up with the younger group but with the help and patience of the staff I can now keep up. Thanks to my daughter who encouraged me because I was not one who liked to exercise!! This has changed my life and how I feel about my health. I know there is NO LIMIT as to what I can do!!! And now that Pure Barre has included the Platforms, which consist of cardio, I am more excited!!!
I love this place! The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. The workout is like nothing I've ever tried. I will be a member for a very long time!

This studio has changed my life! The people are amazing and welcoming. The idea of Pure Barre Family is there every day. I'm encouraged to challenge myself and the goals we all reach are celebrated. I've tried so many different exercise modalities and I've never been so happy with the way my clothes fit, my posture, and even my confidence!
