Fast ship, called because I ordered wrong part, they offered to replace, but I had used, however CS tech was cordial and very helpful.
I Called OEMcycle concerning brakepads ordered through Amazon that arrived after Amazon had given me credit to my account. The women I spoke to was EXTREMELY RUDE! I was trying to do right thing, but the lady on the phone was threatening to report my credit card and intimidate me by telling me our conversation was being recorded. Needed a new battery and they had it ready to go. Place is a bit cramped. Decent prices too.
They have a good stock of parts and accessories hidden away, and the staff is always helpful. Highly recommend!
