Ordered a shaded for my Shoei helmet.
It's a bit difficult reaching this place by phone. They are an ebay seller and you have to go through ebay text message. They did take care of a order I had by issuing refund. Part did not fit bike.
I've bought several chains for my bike over the years at Purdy's, they always have them in stock. Last week I went to buy one and was told they were out of stock and it would have to be ordered. I went to put it on and it was a link to short. I go to exchange it with what they actually had in stock that I originally needed and was very rudely told they couldn't exchange the one they ordered for me because it had been opened and was dirty from where I had tried to put it on my bike.
