I've always enjoyed going to PP until today. I am new to the area and signed up for the rewards program. I was told I didn't have to keep the card bc they could look me up by name. I got a reward and was never told I only had 30 days to use it so when I came to buy puppy food today with my reward...SURPRISE!! I couldn't use it. Nowhere on my email did it ever say you only had 30 days to use the reward. NOT COOL!!
I learned a TON from the folks at The Puppy Pantry about healthier and affordable options for my pup AND she loves her new collar!! Thank you for taking the time to explain and educate me Brian & Heather!! So glad to have a shop that will help me keep our Stella Bella happy AND HEALTHY!!!!

From start to finish Puppy Pantry made sure my pup and his grooming experience was exceptional! Christy their new groomer made sure that he came out looking and smelling like a new man. We will definitely be going back and love that their new flowery branch location is so close!
Don't know about the Buford location but I go to the Brazelton location, have been many times and received great customer service, Kelly there groomer is Fantastic!!! My Bridget is very hard to groom because of hair lose issues and Kelly made her look so cute. I am a Very Satisfied customer
Mr. Nichols , who is the owner of Puppy Pantry has been dodging our numerous phone calls as well as our two visits seeking an overcharge for having our dogs boarded at his business. When the dogs were brought in for the weekend we asked if there was a late charge if we picked the dogs up in the late afternoon because they were going to be groomed as well and the young lady assured us there was no additional charge. I love this place. Cassie is a wonderful, thoughtful, kind groomer . Thanks for ordering the Fire Plug for TJ. He's been playing with it since we came home! I stuffed a piece of Tucker's bacon flavored treat in and TJ won't stop rolling and chasing it. So cute.
