I have been coming here for about 2 years now and the staff has always been kind and helpful. I'm very happy to have found this store.
Wow is this the place. First you walk in, and wow. It doesn't even smell like pets! WOW! Then you're immediately greeted with a warm, wowing welcome from the staff. Wow was I ever blown away. I was able to find my food for my doggo so quickly, I practically screamed "WOW!" in the middle of the store. Then to see the prices these folks had, WOW were they cheap! I continue to wowed every time I enter the store, whether it's Brian, Dianna, Garrett, or Christian helping me, wow they all so extremely spectacular. WOW!!!

I spent my last dollar at the puppy pantry. Bought a grooming package for my dog, employee there sold me a three package in error at the Hamilton Mill location and they only honor it at Flowery Branch. I advised the store manager of this who basically said I was lying and would not honor the package. I asked for the owner to call me and have yet to hear from him. I spend a lot on my dog but it will be spent somewhere else.
