I used to stop in every time I got groceries at Publix but now with the rude and ridiculous way your staff handles situations I will not return. Thankfully there are some really great stores in the area that sell the same products and are a lot friendlier to customers! Keep on deleting comments and blocking people �

So we buy a ton of frozen dog food, treats, and other stuff from you all but you have completely lost our business. You are so rude and this is not how you conduct business. We will be buying all of our dog food from Pooch N Paws in Suwanee from here on out. We stopped by to stock up on food at 3 pm on Monday and the doors were locked. We knocked and waited outside and even looked in the windows and no one was there. Ok no big deal... but my wife just simply asked nicely on your page what was going on at that store. I love the puppy pantry! The groomers always take such good care of our dogs with great attention to detail. My dogs love the great selections of healthy foods and treats.
This place doesn't care about how they treat you or your puppies. We had a horrible experience and left messages for the owner to call and it has been almost two weeks with no response! If you truly love your pets do NOT take them here!!!

Very rude staff and bad grooming, also the Daycare is a joke. They take them out to pee pee, and put them right back into a cage.
