Terrible communication at the Braselton location. Took our main man in for a grooming (scheduled) to find out the groomer doesn’t work on Monday’s. Not sure why you would schedule grooming with no groomer. Hopefully this is a fluke incident and not the norm.
I love Brian and Heather and their lovely little Braselton store. So very cute!
Coming in from out of town, took my dog in for a bath in the self-washing station. Everyone in there was so helpful and attentive.
Have been going to the puppy pantry locations for a while but mainly this location disappointed me most. Super high turn over of employees who are always in training. Super disorganization because of it. Yesterday I walked in to get dog food and my usual treats only to be acknowledged by the girl working behind the counter.
